You know, your breakfast sounds great. Remember that there are no magic foods, oatmeal included. So don't think you HAVE to have oats — or anything for that matter.
Just make sure that, whatever you do have, is a real food.
Very nice commentary. Listen to your own physiology first, not just the latest health expert.
I don't think we've ever had dried cherries with breakfast, what a nice addition.
Last, do you know the muesli brand. Familia? This is what I've always had: cup of raw muesli on chopped apple with cup of plain yoghurt. How does it compare with cooked oatmeal? Thanks.
