As we wrap up July

This is just a reminder that, as the sun sets on the month of July, we’ve still got another month of the blazing sunshine, and the occasional impulse to turn your desk fan into a personal wind tunnel.

Because of this, here’s something to keep in mind as we round out this month: wellbeing means keeping your cool—literally and figuratively.

Start by hydrating like it’s your job (coffee doesn’t count, sorry). Then, take micro-breaks to stretch, breathe, or strike your best yoga pose—between those two, you’ll stay cool, inside and out. 

And remember: sunshine is nature’s mood booster, so sneak in a lunchtime walk or take that Zoom call from a shady spot outdoors. And bonus points if you wear sunscreen like a boss.

Wellbeing doesn’t have to mean you HAVE to have green smoothies and yoga at sunrise (though we respect your ambition). Just focus on small joys, cool drinks, and moments of movement that you enjoy the most.
