You’ll Need
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and cleaned
 - 1 large onion, chopped
 - 3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
 - 2 carrots, chopped
 - 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons flour
 - ¼ cup dry white wine
 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
- Sauté onion and carrots until light brown.
 - Add the shrimp and stir over low heat until slightly cooked.
 - Add flour and continue stirring.
 - Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, white wine, salt and pepper and cook for approximately 30 minutes (or until done) on low heat.
 - Serve on rice.
