Cinnamon Tea

A perfect drink for those chilly days but works wonderfully served chilled as well.

You’ll Need

  • 4 ½ cups water
  • 2 teaspoons loose black tea
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar

Directions

  • Boil the water, then add tea and cinnamon sticks and reduce to simmer and let go for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and then mix in sugar.

Play with your Food

  • Serve with a lemon wedge.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
