You Have To Water Your Body!

Normally, when we think about what’s needed for living organisms to thrive, we think of the food and fertilizer they need as fuel, but also the daily water requirements. If you don’t water your plants, they’ll shrivel up like an Egyptian mummy!

And just like plants, your body needs to be watered each day so its organs and tissues don’t suffer — and you along with them!

So all this month we are going to focus on all the ways that watering your body matters: for your heart, your internal organs, and your brain! You seriously don’t want your brain to shrivel up like a walnut inside your head!

Of course it would never get that bad, but there are cognitive effects of dehydration that you definitely want to avoid, so … stay tuned!
