I have been incorporating some of TurboCharged advice slowly…but surely… as it is working. I took all grains out of my diet and have never felt so good. I am trying to train my body to eat when it is only hunger… and accomplishing this using Dian's advice. I am not ALL the way there yet… but I am getting there and these changes I have made thus far feel great. (Smoothies are my new breakfast go-to instead of my old favorite, Special K or granola!)
