Not arguing that the McDonald's meal is more expensive or worse for you – healthwise (there's probably a week's worth of sodium & saturated fats there), BUT… what's the prep time for each of these 3 examples?

Here is something to keep in mind do we really save time when we have to drive to the fast food joint, wait in line, and drive food? If you take at least the 20 minutes to get that process going you can have a healthy meal started which and even provide you with leftovers for your lunch the following day.
