Asian Inspired Rice Bowls

Looking for a quick weeknight meal? This one is easy to make and can have many variations.

Ingredients

  • Cooked brown rice
  • Avocado
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soybeans, shelled
  • Shredded carrot
  • Soy sauce

Directions

  • Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • Top with toppings of choice.
  • Give a tiny drizzle of soy sauce.

Play with Your Food

  • Add on some cooked tofu, shrimp or chicken
  • Add in some steamed broccoli
