Cannellini Bean Crostini Topping

 

 You’ll Need

  • 1 can cannellini beans (or 1 ¾ cup cooked from the dried state)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed (or very finely chopped)
  • Pinch of crushed dried red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (or ½ tablespoon fresh)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

 

Directions

  • Mix all together. Use as a dip for pita chips and veggies or a topping for crostini.
