Roasted Garlic

You’ll Need

  • 1 garlic bulb
  • Olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Cut the pointy portion of the cloves off about an 1/8 of an inch, keeping the bulb intact.
  • Place bulb on a piece of tin foil (or in a container that can close and be placed in oven).
  • Drizzle just enough olive oil to wet each of the open cloves.
  • Wrap up (or close baking container) then place in oven for 40 minutes.
  • Check softness and leave in longer if needed.

Enjoy roasted garlic with veggies on bread or simply by itself.
