Vegetable Yogurt Dip

You’ll Need

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

  • In a bowl that can hold the amount of dip you are preparing, add the garlic, lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix.
  • Add in the yogurt and lemon juice.
  • This dish is best if prepared hours before (or even a day before serving).

Play with your Food

  • Add herbs of choice such as fresh mint, dill or parsley
  • Top with a drizzle of olive oil
