Just asking … Which Aspect of Overall Wellbeing is Most Important To You?

Puzzled businesswoman making do not know gesture “Being well” involves so many factors that it can seem overwhelming to keep up with. Even with all those factors at play, some are more important to us than others. 

Maybe for you it’s mindfulness to head off stress. Maybe managing weight is top of mind, or getting your daily activity level up during a crazy busy day. Or maybe it’s nutrition because you know you should eat clean, pull your sweet tooth, and all the rest. 

Everyone is different, but for you personally, which aspect of overall wellbeing is and why? 

And please keep in mind that it’s okay to focus on just one thing at a time.
