Put Yourself In Time Out

One parental tool for misbehaving children is called “time out”. This allows them time to themselves without stimulation from others.

Create an area in your home where you can listen to a calming song, do some deep breathing, or a relaxing activity. This is your chance to hit the reset button.

Spending at least 30 minutes in time out will help you feel more refreshed and better able to manage the confinement conditions you face.
