Asian Inspired Rice Bowls


  • Cooked brown rice
  • Avocado
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soybeans, shelled
  • Shredded carrot


  • Soy sauce


  • Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • Top with toppings of choice.
  • Give a tiny drizzle of soy sauce.



Play With Your Food

  • Switch out soybeans and use less avocado and add in cooked shrimp, tofu or chicken.
  • Add in various additional veggies of choice. Steamed broccoli and sauteed boy choy work well.
