Pull Your Sweet Tooth (with chocolate)
Sometimes our cravings for sugar – the infamous Sweet Tooth – push our buttons and push us in an unhealthy direction. They run our show by creating an urgency to eat the sugary foods that make you want more sugary foods. That’s how this urgency ends up making decisions for us in ways we definitely do not want.
We can take back our own health again. But to do this, we have to change what our body asks for – to make the sugar nagging go away! Especially for any who have a hard time “being strong” and not giving in to the sugary cravings, this solution MUST start from the inside, by changing the craving itself.
So lose the sweet, to lose the weight. But if you crave sugar, and have a massive Sweet Tooth that nags at you to eat it, follow the Chocolate Challenge to get it out for good.
Tips:
- • Your craving for sugar can change, and YOU can do that.
- • Sugar creates more cravings, more eating, more sugar, more calories, more weight.
- • IF you pull your sweet tooth, you can actually have chocolate because you will just want less.
- • How do you “Own Your Own Health”? Create the cravings that work FOR you, not AGAINST you.
- • Be patient with yourself. Take the long view and be at peace. You can do this.
