MedWell in May

The words hello and may spelled in patch of green grassExcited about this Month! First, because we’re upgrading our entire backend.

Does this sound weird? I mean, it could actually go a number of ways, lol.

In this case, it means a completely updated secure server to bring in more automations, texting, and other capabilities. So as of this week, our new wizard will be behind the curtain making the magic happen.

May is Also Mindfulness Month

I love the content we’re creating for mindfulness. This gives access to more mindful behavior at so many levels.

  1. New Mindful Meditations each week (On Sleep, Gratitude, Self-Awareness, Pregnancy, and Parenting).
  2. I’m also creating the Positive Psychology Program (an interactive 5 week program)

May is also Mediterranean Diet Month

Pretty cool that we get our own month! So over the next 4 weeks, I’ll talk about what makes Mediterranean Wellness work, and why.

Who knows, I may even throw in some of my favorite Mediterranean recipes (where’s my salmon?!).
