Aristotle, and integrating wellness programs into a cafeteria setting

I chose this Aristotle quote for a reason — see below.

For us at MedWellness, we’re so grateful for our dining service partner, who provides amazing foods (which tells you about their products), with a team of creative and positive individuals (which tells you about their culture), with locally sourced foods (which tells you about their commitment to quality and community).

So far — and we have just begun working together — in order to integrate our programs into the environment, we have already created 3 novel ways to engage dining guests. And, I just got off the phone with them for our weekly call, and our team is preparing even more ways to create a fun atmosphere of healthy engagement.

How’s it going so far? That’s the thing. The client just reported that they are very happy with the preliminary numbers! I LOVE that, but we’re not stopping there. We have more ways to reach out, create an engaged group, monitor progress, and raise the bar even more.

That’s why I chose this quote, because excellence is not what we do, it is who we are. It is not an act, but a habit reflected in our repeated actions. Proud of this team, and the excellence of our work together.
