Mediterranean Wellness Waiver and Agreement
After reviewing the program materials on the willclower.com website, I wish to participate in the programming offered here. I understand that I can ask any outstanding questions if need be, am responsible for monitoring my physical condition, and should participate only at a level that is comfortable to me.
I agree that Mediterranean Wellness LLC (MedWell) will not be responsible in any way for any injury that may occur to me during or arising out of my participation in the Program. Likewise, MedWell has not made any assurances or representations to me about safety, including my safety or the safety of the Program, and I am not relying on such. I will not hold MedWell or any other entity responsible for my safety.
I also understand that the information conveyed here is not medical advice, but rather health information that does not in any way supplant that of a physician. In the event of questions regarding health advice or the application of health advice, MedWell advises to consult with my doctor. Finally, I hereby waive all claims against MedWell, program sponsors, or any personnel involved in their programming for any injury that I might suffer during or arising out of my participation. I attest that I am physically fit and prepared to participate.
We welcome you to assess our website platform at no risk for the first week. If during this timeframe you decide that you would no longer like to participate, just let us know and we will immediately cancel the subscription payment. After the first week of evaluation, however, we will no longer offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
Our privacy policy is that we absolutely do not share any information, at all, with any organization or entity.
Mediterranean Wellness places great importance on protecting the security and privacy of your personal data. We therefore conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. We will not collect, store or use any personal data about you without your knowledge and your consent. You can revoke your consent at anytime by contacting info@willclower.com.
We collect your personal data (e.g., name, e-mail address) to provide you access to specific information and to communicate with you. Personal data we collect about you will be transferred to or stored with our external web hosting and data storage provider.
