Thank you Linda!!<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2 (12oz) jars roasted red peppers (drain and cut into strips<\/li>\n<li>6oz. goat cheese, crumbled (or other white cheese)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh basil, torn into strips (or dried equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>chopped tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>chopped black olives<\/li>\n<li>French bread or crackers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Coat a 9&#8243; ceramic dish with cooking spray.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Layer red peppers, goat cheese, pine nuts and basil alternately.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Drizzle with olive oil and then cover with parmesan cheese.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Top with tomatoes and olives.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Serve with French bread or crackers.
