Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll need:<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>You&#8217;ll Need<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7350 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-487771202-300x200.jpg?resize=300%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-487771202.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-487771202.jpg?w=724&amp;ssl=1 724w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 medium onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sliced mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sliced water chestnuts<\/li>\n<li>28 ounces drained bean sprouts<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup bamboo shoots<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 cups cooked chicken cut in large bite sized pieces<\/li>\n<li>4 large celery stalks cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>2 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooked rice or noodles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onions until slightly soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add celery, mushrooms and 1 1\/2 cup chicken broth.<\/li>\n<li>Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring a few times.<\/li>\n<li>Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, make a mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and 1\/2 cup chicken broth and stir until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add mixture to the large skillet, along with the cooked meat.<\/li>\n<li>Add freshly ground pepper and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve over rice or noodles<\/li>\n<li>Switch up the vegetables as you see fit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe is an easy way to enjoy in veggies and a great way to use up leftover cooked chicken.
