Likewise, dwelling on negative aspects of your life does the opposite. It creates negative brain emotions that lead to chronic stress responses in your body.<\/p>\n<p>So as we wind down 2020, frame your thinking with a mindset that is as positive as you can make it. Look forward to whatever aspect you feel like are the most likely to be positive for you.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s almost over.
