For example, if you have a terrible nightmare, your heart races, you sweat, and your body produces stress hormones all for a dream that wasn\u2019t real.<\/p>\n<p>By contrast, if you have a positive outlook and find the good in the events of your life, your brain produces positive neurohormones.<\/p>\n<p>While we are in confinement conditions, it\u2019s important to take advantage of your brain\u2019s blind spot. Find the good in all your events so your brain provides you with positive neurohormones.
