This specific one is topped with chicken. For a substitute you could try a blackened fish or shrimp.<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 4 ounces of chicken per person cooked<\/li>\n<li>1 head romaine lettuce, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Generous handful of crouton<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, pressed<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/ 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 can (2 oz.) anchovy fillets, drain oil off<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup grated Romano cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon red wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/ 3 cup olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>For the Croutons:<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Chop up stale bread, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Toast in 350\u00b0 oven till brown. No more than 10 minutes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>For the Salad:<\/b><br \/>\nWash romaine and chop into bite-sized pieces.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>For the Dressing:<\/b><br \/>\nIn a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies and mustard.
