These will act as stability anchors for your mental wellness!<\/p>\n<p>Carve out time for yourself each day and stick to that routine. This may mean morning coffee in peace, an afternoon stroll outside, or an evening chat with someone.<\/p>\n<p>Comfortable routine that you look forward to can act as a form of meditation and stress relief.
