If you don&#8217;t water your plants, they&#8217;ll shrivel up like an Egyptian mummy!<\/p>\n<p>And just like plants, your body needs to be watered each day so its organs and tissues don&#8217;t suffer &#8212; and you along with them!<\/p>\n<p>So all this month we are going to focus on all the ways that watering your body matters: for your heart, your internal organs, and your brain!
