Try this soup as an ender to a meal.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n<\/em>\u00a0<strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cantaloupe<\/li>\n<li>1 orange<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup whipping cram<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the cantaloupe into quarters; remove the seeds and outer rind.<\/li>\n<li>Next, cut the\u00a0cantaloupe\u00a0into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>In blender or food processor, process the cantaloupe\u00a0until smooth; transfer to a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Grate the rind from the orange and reserve it for garnish.<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze juice from orange; add to the bowl along with the cream, sugar, salt and ginger.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until chilled.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with the grated orange rinds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The vitamin A in cantaloupe is a super cancer fighter.
