Enjoy this main dish with a glass of red wine.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound ground lamb<\/li>\n<li>16 ounces canned stewed tomatoes, undrained<\/li>\n<li>1 stalk celery, cut into \u00bd inch pieces<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup orzo<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon cayenne<\/li>\n<li>Plain yogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong><br \/>\nDirections<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cook and stir ground lamb in 10-inch skillet until lamb is light brown; drain.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in tomatoes, celery, orzo, salt and red pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat to boiling; reduce heat.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring frequently until tomato liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with yogurt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0The flavors of the Mediterranean are quite delicious.
