{"id":48,"date":"2020-06-24T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2016\/06\/16\/marinated-carrots\/"},"modified":"2020-06-25T22:52:59","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T02:52:59","slug":"marinated-carrots","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=48","title":{"rendered":"Marinated Carrots"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><em>Here&#8217;s a fabulous side dish that is so easy to make!<\/em><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound carrots<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup dry white wine<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, crushed<\/li>\n<li>1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li>6 Tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon mustard<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel the carrots, and cut them into thin rings.<\/li>\n<li>Put the wine, water, vinegar, crushed garlic, bay leaf\u00a0and oil into a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil and; add the carrots.<\/li>\n<li>Boil for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the ingredients into a bowl and; stir in the mustard.<\/li>\n<li>Season with\u00a0salt and pepper\u00a0to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Leave to stand for at least 6 hours.<\/li>\n<li>For the fullest flavor, let it stand for a couple of days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a fabulous side dish that is so easy to make!
