When thawed cut into 8 fillets<\/li>\n<li>Cook onion and garlic in oil on low-medium heat until tender but not brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add the almonds, lime juice, the \u00bd teaspoon of salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat through.<\/li>\n<li>In a well greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking dish, arrange the fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with salt.<\/li>\n<li>Top with the onion mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle evenly with the cilantro.<\/li>\n<li>Bake, covered, for about 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fish as a regular part of the diet provides a fabulous balance for healthy heart health.
