{"id":4564,"date":"2023-04-17T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/?p=4564"},"modified":"2023-01-05T14:54:27","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T19:54:27","slug":"ginger-citrus-chicken-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=4564","title":{"rendered":"Ginger-Citrus Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><em>Ginger not only is it loaded with wonderful flavor, but it is also a punch of health too!<\/em><\/div>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 chicken thighs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li>1 orange, peeled and sectioned<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons salt<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons pepper<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>Juice of one lemon<\/li>\n<li>2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into strips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Season the chicken with the salt and pepper and marinate in a \u00bd cup of the orange juice for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the butter in a large skillet and saut\u00e9 the ginger over medium-high heat until lightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Add the orange sections, the remaining orange juice and lemon juice.
