So put on some music while you chop away.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup bulgur wheat<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cups fresh chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped green onion<\/li>\n<li>1 small cucumber, chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 medium size tomatoes, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh mint, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 cups warm water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Soak bulgur wheat in 2 cups of warm water for 35-40 minutes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">While wheat is soaking finely chop all the vegetables, parsley and mint.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">In a large size bowl combine all chopped ingredients, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Drain and dry wheat and combine with ingredient mixture.
