Remember that the cranberries and cherries are really, really good for you, but this doesn&#8217;t mean you can overeat it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n2-1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp baking soda<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ground cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup dried cherries<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup dried cranberries<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup honey<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup milk<\/p>\n<p>12 Tbs (1-1\/2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled<\/p>\n<p>2 large eggs, lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p><strong>In a large bowl:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.<br \/>\nMix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add oats, cherries and cranberries.<br \/>\nMix well, again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next<br \/>\n<\/strong>Transfer to resealable plastic bag or other airtight container.<br \/>\nStore in cool dry place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Getting ready<br \/>\n<\/strong>Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.<br \/>\nLightly butter four 6 x 3-3\/4-inch disposable aluminum foil mini loaf pans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Making the bread<br \/>\n<\/strong>Place bread mix in large bowl.<br \/>\nIn small bowl, combine honey, milk, butter and eggs with wire whisk or fork.<br \/>\nMix well, yet again.<\/p>\n<p>Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.<br \/>\nPour into pans, dividing evenly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Into the oven <\/strong><br \/>\nBake 22 to 28 minutes or until tops of breads feel firm when touched and wooden pick inserted near center has a few moist crumbs clinging to it. (Do not overbake.)<\/p>\n<p>Cool breads in pans on wire rack.<\/p>\n<p>Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.<br \/>\nStore at room temperature up to 2 days.
