You don&#8217;t really think about a spice rub, but it&#8217;s one of the most flavorful.<\/p>\n<div>The cumin and cayenne pepper in this rub, adds a nice Southwestern flavor to whatever you are gilling.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons kosher or coarse salt<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons black pepper, ground<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon oregano leaves, dried<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon granulated garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon ground cumin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>In a small bowl:<\/strong><br \/>\nMix ingredients together in bowl and apply rub to brisket 2 to 4 hours before cooking.
