{"id":420,"date":"2008-08-09T19:56:00","date_gmt":"2008-08-09T19:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2008\/08\/09\/blueberry-cheesecake\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T13:03:22","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T18:03:22","slug":"blueberry-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=420","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Excellent at any time of the year, but especially as a thin sliver to enjoy in the summer when the berries are the freshest!<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons white sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup melted butter<\/li>\n<li>2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup white sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs 2 cups frozen blueberries, dry pack<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup blueberry jelly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>In the the bottom of a 9&#8243; springform pan<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter. Pat mixture into pan.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>In a medium mixing bowl<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Mash cream cheese until soft and creamy. Gradually beat in sour cream, 3\/4 cup sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat in eggs one at a time.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Pour mixture into crumb-lined pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until firm to the touch.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Cool and then remove cake from pan by loosening edges with a knife. Place frozen blueberries on top of cake. Melt jelly and spoon over blueberries to glaze.
