{"id":417,"date":"2008-08-23T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-08-23T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2008\/08\/23\/walnut-chicken-breasts\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T13:02:08","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T18:02:08","slug":"walnut-chicken-breasts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=417","title":{"rendered":"Walnut Chicken Breasts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>You\u2019ll Need<br \/>\n\u00b7 4 boneless chicken breast halves<br \/>\n\u00b7 lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00b7 6 tablespoons melted butter<br \/>\n\u00b7 3 cups bread crumbs, toasted<br \/>\n\u00b7 1\/3 cup finely chopped onion<br \/>\n\u00b7 1\/2 cup chopped celery<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 teaspoons parsley flakes<br \/>\n\u00b7 3\/4 cup chopped walnuts<br \/>\n\u00b7 1\/2 teaspoon seasoned salt<br \/>\n\u00b7 seasoned salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>First<br \/>\nMix together bread crumbs, half of the melted butter, onion, celery, parsley, walnuts, 1\/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, and enough water to moisten. Lay out 4 squares of aluminum foil, double thickness, and butter generously. Make a mound of stuffing on each buttered square of foil then place on baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Then<br \/>\nBrush both sides of the chicken with lemon juice then with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold foil up over the chicken to make individual package.<\/p>\n<p>Finally<br \/>\nBake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
