Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Mix the oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mustard, salt and pepper, and add to chicken breasts in zip lock bag or container.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the grill.<\/p>\n<p>Grill the breasts for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.<\/p>\n<p>Let the chicken rest on a plate for 1 or 2 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submitted by Jeanne at Eckert Seamans.
