Using dried herbs doesn&#8217;t produce the same results!<\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>2 cups fresh corn cut from cob (about 3 ears)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium-size zucchini, trimmed and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sliced green onions<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup chopped green pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 cup peeled and chopped tomato<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add corn and next 3 ingredients; saute vegetables 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomato and remaining ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.<\/p>\n<p>(Serves 8 &#8211; 1\/2 cup servings)<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submitted by Kristy at Eckert Seamans.
