Thank you, Linda B.!<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>You&#8217;ll Need:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Yellow Onion thinly sliced (Vandaila Onion will add a different taste)<\/li>\n<li>1-1\/2 lb. Pork Shoulder Roast<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Cup Water<\/li>\n<li>1 12 oz bottle Tangy Organic Barbecue Sauce (from Trader Joe\u2019s or Whole Foods or your own recipe)<\/li>\n<li>4 \u20136 Whole Wheat Buns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place half the onion slices in the bottom of a slow cooker or crock-pot.<\/p>\n<p>Add pork, water, half the barbecue sauce and the remaining onion slices.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and cook on medium 8 to10 hours, stirring occasionally to break up the pork.<\/p>\n<p>Combine pork with the remaining barbecue sauce and serve on warmed buns with coleslaw.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submitted by Linda B. at Westinghouse.
