{"id":365,"date":"2009-01-19T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-19T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2009\/01\/19\/salmon-with-spinach-and-pasta\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T12:27:21","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T17:27:21","slug":"salmon-with-spinach-and-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=365","title":{"rendered":"Salmon with Spinach and Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ounces of canned salmon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ounce of fresh spinach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ounces broccoli florets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8 ounces bow tie pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3 teaspoons lemon juice plus wedges to serve with entr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ounces butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Boil water to cook pasta.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Melt 2 oz butter in a large pan.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Add the broccoli, stir to coat with butter, cover with a lid and cook gently for just 1 minute.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Add pepper, salt and 3 teaspoons lemon juice (or quite a bit more lemon if using spinach<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Then add the salmon and stir together and heat on low.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Turn off heat and add the drained pasta and spinach and Parmesan cheese.
