{"id":340,"date":"2010-07-11T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-07-11T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2010\/07\/11\/strawberry-pie\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T11:56:46","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T16:56:46","slug":"strawberry-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=340","title":{"rendered":"Strawberry Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><b>You&#8217;ll Need<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>1, 9 inch pie shell, baked<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 quarts fresh strawberries<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Grated lemon zest (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Whipped cream (if desired)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Directions<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash strawberries and remove stems.
