{"id":327,"date":"2011-06-04T19:30:00","date_gmt":"2011-06-04T19:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2011\/06\/04\/fried-cow-narrative-recipe\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T11:45:34","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T16:45:34","slug":"fried-cow-narrative-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=327","title":{"rendered":"Fried Cow Narrative Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">On my Saturday radio program (<a href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/6dr8e6a\">click here for more info on that or to listen live<\/a>) I will talk about making this\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">crazy good recipe that I first found at the Alma de Cuba restaurant in Philadelphia.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Basically, it&#8217;s a twice-cooked meat (you can use beef, but pork works just as well). After the meat is falling off itself, you put it into a pan with a little oil, some spices, garlic, onion, and let those aromatics infuse into the meat until the onions are good and soft.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Once that happens, turn up the heat to HIGH and crisp-up the shredded meat just a bit.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">At the end, you will want to squeeze a lime over the top to freshen up the flavor.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is served over rice and seasoned black beans. We are making this tonight at my house &#8212; served along with our avocado mango salsa.
