Entertain your guests with the art of food presentation.<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 10 potatoes about 3 pounds<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 pounds ground beef<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 garlic cloves, minced<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 \u00be cups dry bread crumbs<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 1 Tablespoon dried, crushed mint<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 1 egg<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 1 \u00be teaspoon salt<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 1 \u00bd teaspoons pepper<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 3 Tablespoons lemon juice<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 Tablespoons dried oregano<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 2 Tablespoons olive oil<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>Directions<\/b>\u00b7 Peel and quarter potatoes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 In large pot, cover potatoes with cold water; bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Drain and set aside.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 In bowl, mix together beef, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, mint, raw egg, 1 1\/2 tsp of the salt and 1 tsp pepper; form into oval loaf.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Scoop out two spoonfuls of meat from top of loaf; place hard-cooked eggs lengthwise into hollows, covering tops with meat mixture.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Place meat in shallow roasting pan; surround with potatoes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Combine lemon juice, oregano, oil and remaining salt and pepper; drizzle over potatoes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Pour in 3\/4 cup water.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00b7 Bake in 325F oven for 1 1\/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in meat loaf registers 170F.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/willclowerblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-opt-id=1935843435  fetchpriority=\"high\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/mlcmmqmgggev.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/WillClowerOnTheCultureOfHealth.1-1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Articles\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/willcloweraudio.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-opt-id=58999787  fetchpriority=\"high\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/mlcmmqmgggev.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/WillClowerAudicles.1-1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Audicles\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The food presentation on this dish is quite unique.
