float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/baba.jpg?resize=200%2C150&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<li>1 Large eggplant<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons water<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Lemon wedges<\/li>\n<li>Parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons Olive oil plus extra for drizzling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set oven to 375F.<\/li>\n<li>Wash eggplant and remove stem.<\/li>\n<li>Pierce with a fork 4-6 times.<\/li>\n<li>Place in baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and run under cold water.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and mash;
