{"id":300,"date":"2013-08-08T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-08T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2013\/08\/08\/shrimp-scampi\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T11:34:03","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T16:34:03","slug":"shrimp-scampi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=300","title":{"rendered":"Shrimp Scampi"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup butter<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons lemon peel<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 pounds jumbo shrimp<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Directions<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Put butter, salt, garlic, lemon peel and lemon juice in sauce pan melt together-let sit.<\/li>\n<li>Peel shrimp and add to above sauce and saute on low-medium heat until done (raw shrimp turn pink, if shrimp is already cooked heat through).
