This is a nice quick meal to enjoy as you start to get into the busy holiday days.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Jalapeno peppers seeded and minced<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces cream cheese, firm<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>4 ounces green or red chili salsa<\/li>\n<li>3 avocados, peeled<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon onion powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 pound cooked turkey, shredded<\/li>\n<li>Flour tortillas, warmed<\/li>\n<li>Salsa of choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>In small bowl, mix together jalapenos, cream cheese, sour cream green or red and salsa until well blended; reserve.<\/li>\n<li>In another small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice until fairly smooth; add onion powder and pepper and continue mashing until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Thickly slather tortillas with jalapeno-cheese mixture out to edge.<\/li>\n<li>Top mixture with turkey pieces, then slather avocado mash on top of turkey.<\/li>\n<li>Roll up tortillas like jelly rolls; slice burritos on\u00a0angle (space cuts about 3\/4 inch apart) to make pinwheel shapes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Try this turkey dish with the leftover turkey.
