Jerk wings don&#8217;t have to be the very definition of nasty bar food!!<\/p>\n<p>Plus, this recipe will blow the doors off anything you get at some random chain restaurant.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup red wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup olive oil<\/li>\n<li>6 green onions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and finely minced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh thyme leaves or 1 Tablespoon dried<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, minced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground cloves<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground allspice<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd to 3 pounds chicken wing pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all the ingredients except the chicken wings.<br \/>\nProcess for 10 to 15 seconds at high speed.<\/p>\n<div>Pour the marinade into a bowl and add the wings.<br \/>\nRefrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, stirring after 3 hours.<\/div>\n<div>Preheat the oven to 375 F.<\/div>\n<div>Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a rack on a baking sheet.<br \/>\nBake until they are browned, 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/willclowerblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px initial initial;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/WillClowerOnTheCultureOfHealth.1-3.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Articles\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<object style=\"position: absolute; z-index: 1000;\" type=\"application\/x-dgnria\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\"><param name=\"tabId\" value=\"{999A638B-C946-403C-826A-E651CF07C88A}\" \/><\/object><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good news!!
