The horseradish adds the perfect twist and works wonderfully with the white wine.<\/i><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You\u2019ll Need:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/2 cup white wine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">8 chicken breasts (3 ounces each)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 Tablespoons vegetable oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 \u00bc teaspoons mustard seed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00bd teaspoon onion powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00bc teaspoon dried thyme<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pour wine into casserole dish; add chicken breasts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Using pastry brush, baste each piece of chicken with the oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Spread \u00bc Tablespoon horseradish on each breast.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bake, covered, at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">While chicken is baking, grind mustard seed and combine it with remaining dry ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">After 30 minutes, baste chicken with the wine sauce in the pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Then, pour mustard seed mixture over chicken and bake, uncovered, another 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is tender.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/willclowerblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/WillClowerOnTheCultureOfHealth.1-1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Articles\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/willcloweraudio.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/WillClowerAudicles.1-1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Audicles\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Try something new with chicken this week.
