{"id":265,"date":"2014-11-10T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2014-11-10T08:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2014\/11\/10\/ginger-orange-dip-w-asparagus\/"},"modified":"2017-02-02T10:45:44","modified_gmt":"2017-02-02T15:45:44","slug":"ginger-orange-dip-w-asparagus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=265","title":{"rendered":"Ginger Orange Dip w Asparagus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>A unique side dish that can be the complement to anything from turkey to seafood.<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><strong>You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 lbs. asparagus<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 C mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 C sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 T distilled vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 T orange juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. grated orange zest<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed<\/li>\n<li>1 T Dijon-style mustard<\/li>\n<li>1-1\/2 T grated fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. sugar<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Snap tough ends off asparagus (peel stalks, if you like).<\/li>\n<li>In a large skillet, bring about 1-inch of water to boiling.<\/li>\n<li>Add asparagus and simmer, uncovered, until barely tender, about 4-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and dunk in ice water until cold; drain, cover and chill until serving.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium mixing bowl.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Transfer to serving bowl, serve with asparagus spears or cover and chill until serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><object style=\"position: absolute; z-index: 1000;\" type=\"application\/x-dgnria\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\"><param name=\"tabId\" value=\"{B46B3DBA-BAC5-43EB-9DF8-573598FB7DED}\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A unique side dish that can be the complement to anything from turkey to seafood.
