From the cranberries to the spinach to the lime honey and bacon balance that ties it all together.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Your family will love you for it \u2013 YOU will love you for it, and you\u2019ll be doing your body good in the process.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You\u2019ll Need:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">6 oz. package of salad spinach <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/2 C sweetened dried cranberries <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">4 thin slices of red onions <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You\u2019ll Need For the Dressing:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">4 slices bacon or turkey <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabulousfoods.com\/school\/glossary\/ingredients\/bacon.html\" target=\"gloss\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">bacon<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">, cooked crisp and crumbled <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\/2 C plain or orange-flavored <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabulousfoods.com\/school\/glossary\/ingredients\/honey.html\" target=\"gloss\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">honey<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/2 C lime juice <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">2 tablespoons Dijon mustard <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Directions:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wash and clean spinach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Divide evenly among 4 salad plates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Top each with 2 tablespoons sweetened dried cranberries and onion slices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">For the dressing:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until warm.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pour over salad and toss.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; This simple salad has everything!
