This is it!<\/em><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a04 whole boneless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0flour for dredging<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 T. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 T. butter<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Marsala wine<\/li>\n<li>1 C. chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 C. fresh sliced mushrooms (any type)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cut each chicken breast in half.<\/li>\n<li>Pound each half to 1\/4 inches thick.<\/li>\n<li>Season lightly with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Dredge in the flour and shake off excess.<\/li>\n<li>In a frying pan heat the oil and butter.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chicken and lightly brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.<\/li>\n<li>Add the Marsala, chicken stock and mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Cook until the mushrooms soften and sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/willclowerblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/WillClowerOnTheCultureOfHealth.1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Articles\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Want to invite over some friends and wow them with a fancy yet easy to make dish?
